Expat Style: 3 Ways to Wear Boutique of Molly’s ‘Leah’ Lace Crop Top [Discount Code Included]

It’s time for another fashion post featuring ‘expat friendly’ Boutique of Molly! This lovely brand ships worldwide so you never have to worry about whether or not you can get it delivered to your country. I ordered the ‘Leah’ Lace Crop Top at the same time as the ‘Cora’ Wet Look Leggings from a previous post. I love the leggings and wear them often.

But now, it’s time to move on to the crop top!

I’m approaching my late 20s (oh my god I’m old), so I’ve been on the fence about how appropriate it is for me to wear crops. I’ve seen girls my age on the street wear them, so I figured I could too! Obviously, I won’t use them for work, but I have no problem putting one on in my non-work life. Also, I really appreciate the longer sleeves because I don’t want too much skin showing.

So let’s get to the looks!

This is definitely something I could wear for a night out. The skater skirt is a basic piece I picked up last summer from Forever 21 and the wedges were from Banana Republic. I really love pairing neutrals with a bright pop of color, so this is something very typically me.

This is a comfy outfit perfect for sunday brunch or a casual gathering with friends. I styled the crop with harem pants I found a local charity shop (I friggin’ love those), and ballet flats purchased at Target. This is probably my favorite of the three looks.

I put this look together with festivals in mind. They’re my favorite part of the summer, so I always love dressing for them. I paired the crop with floral shorts found at Burlington Coat Factory and studded boots from a thrift store in the States. I could definitely see myself walking from stage to stage in this outfit.

Here’s all three looks together.

Again, I’m definitely not a model, but I really like how this crop tops fits me. Like most girls, I’m self conscious about my stomach area, but I like the extra coverage that the lace provides. The only complaint I would have is that the sleeves are way too long for me. I’m very petite, but this isn’t a dealbreaker. Nothing a needle and thread can’t fix!

Overall, this is a wonderful purchase from Boutique of Molly. They just added some new items to their shop, and I would highly suggest checking it out. Get to shopping!
